The main questions we tried to answer in this workshop:
1. When we develop a new design, how do we make sure it will make sense for someone?
2. How do we get started and how do we move forward step-after-step?
3. Once we have a concept, how can we find out, if anybody could use it?
4. How can we pin point unresolved challenges of a user interface? How can we measure how well users can use our solution.
