Due for a large state-wide expansion Gordon Biersch, a successful German style brewery with California style food restaurant, went to test it’s business idea in Las Vegas, the place that brings the whole of America together. The first freestanding building was a blueprint for further expansions into various US locations. The projects had a few things in common: industrial architecture, high-vaulted ceilings, large and airy dining rooms, open cook line, and a soon to be crowded bar.
The actual brewery is showcased through glass walls and lit with different color lights. This became the eye-catching recognizable element of a building that illuminated and transformed the street and the neighborhood.
