In order to please the thirsty crowds in Las Vegas, Gordon Biersch decided to open a second but no less attractive brewery. This one is located at Sunset Station, in a building that was packed with architectural features. Sipping the excellent bier, the guest appreciates the metal mesh-curved ceiling with the rail-like armature that penetrates into a high-voluminous space, the vaulted private-dining room, framed by an endless bar with metal armature lid and the open cook line with the stunning copper oven. Yet another proof that a comforting atmosphere and contemporary design do not have to exclude each other.
